USF Mock Trial

Who are we?

Our team consists of 20 students eager to show their skills in competition. Mock trial presents the unique opportunity to develop analytical and oratorical skills that will ensure our success in the future, be it a career in law or elsewhere. This club gives eager young pre-law students the chance to learn about the workings of our legal system through hands-on experience and a competitive atmosphere. 

What Is Mock Trial?

Each year we receive a case packet with information about a fictional case, students then play the roles of witnesses and attorneys to work through the trial.
